Will be responsible for meeting team targets, employee retention and achieving efficiency of assigned geography, employees and sources while keeping the team motivated and engaged.

  • Team Management and Development

  • Resolve disbursement related issues

Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 8,50,000 P.A. Incentives

  • Prior experience of working in home loan department would be an added advantage
